50% discount on ceremony location, when renting reception location.
25% Discount on published room rental rates for Butler alumni, faculty, staff, and students.
Please note that facility rental agreement and Certificate of Liability Insurance are required. Prices are subjected to change without notification. Prices do not include 7% sales tax which will be added to the rental contract.
Only the greater of the two discounts may be applied.
In the event that inclement weather affects the rental of an outdoor location, an appropriate indoor space will be provided at no additional charge.
Summer weddings and events (May 15 to August 15) may be booked one year in advance. Events to be held while classes are in session can be scheduled after May 15 for the current or following academic year (August-May).
